Scuba Diving

As a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer, Ed is able to provide you with professional training in scuba diving using the courses developed by the largest scuba diver training agency in the world.

Ed has 15 years of training experience, and is involved full time in the diving industry - recreational, professional, technical and retail. He is fully vested in dive centers and recreational facilities.

As he continues his own training, he is adamant about training techniques and principles, offering a different way of training and diving.

Courses available include programs for the beginner and advanced divers. The PADI Divemaster program is available for those interested in professional level training. Specialty courses are also available. Each course is taught with the goal of developing the student into a more comfortable, competent and confident diver.

Global Underwater Explorer (GUE) Instructor
As one about 60 GUE instructors in the United States, Ed offers the GUE programs designed to make novice and advanced divers more comfortable in the water - increasing their enjoyment of the sport.

The GUE Fundamentals course is a three to four day program combining lecture and practical (in-water) sessions. The program focuses on cultivating the fundamentals - reducing stress, improving buoyancy control, trim and propulsion skills. As you become more proficient, you become more comfortable and have more fun with your teammates.

Ed also teaches the following GUE programs, and can arrange training with other GUE instructors for GUE Cave and Tech programs.

If you are looking for a unique training experience, Ed has developed some popular buoyancy programs. Buoyancy One & Two build on basic concepts of control and propulsion in the water column, while encouraging team thinking and buddy skills.
